At Saznix, we value your satisfaction and want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Conditions:

  • Product is unused and unwashed

  • Original packaging is intact (including tags, documents, invoice)

  • Wrong item or wrong size received

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Missing unboxing video or order invoice


📅 Return/Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.


💵 Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


🔁 Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please email us at infohelp@saznix.com with the subject line:
“EXCHANGE”

Include the following in your email:

  • Order number

  • Delivery address

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos of the item and an unboxing video

Our team will review your request and respond promptly.


💰 Refund Method

Once your returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay). Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is handed over to the delivery partner. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
